Before you pay any migration agent — including us — read the Australian Government's own guide. It explains what a registered agent must do for you, the rules they must follow, your rights on fees and refunds, and how to complain if something goes wrong. We give this guide to every client before they sign anything, because the rules require it — and because informed clients are the clients we want.
Punjabi: the Australian Government does not currently publish a Punjabi edition of this guide. The Hindi edition is the closest official version — and our Kashipur team will gladly walk you through the guide in Punjabi on a call, at no charge. All other official languages (35+) are on the OMARA consumer guide page.
The Consumer Guide is published by the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) — the Australian Government body that registers and disciplines migration agents. It explains, in plain language:
If an agent has never mentioned this guide to you, ask yourself why. Reading it costs you nothing and protects you with every agent you ever deal with.
