The road

I made this journey. Now it's yours, in order, on the record.

Every stage below is real, sequential, and priced in writing. Nothing is skipped, and nothing is promised that the law cannot deliver.

Ramnagar, Uttarakhand — 2008

One student visa, same risks as yours

Jagroop Gill left Ramnagar for Australia on a student visa, facing the same questions and the same agents every applicant from our region faces.

Perth, Australia — today

Australian citizen. Registered migration agent.

Now an Australian citizen holding a Graduate Diploma in Australian Migration Law and Practice (Murdoch University), registered with the Australian Government and accountable to it for every piece of advice — MARN 2318039, on the public register.

Step 1 · Free

Pre-check on WhatsApp

A short questionnaire on your occupation, English, age and goals. It collects information only — no advice is given, and it commits you to nothing.

Step 2

Pathway Assessment by your registered agent

Jagroop personally assesses your profile: a written report with a recorded explanation of your realistic options, costs, timeline and risks. If Australia is not realistic for you, the report says so plainly.

₹15,000 ₹9,900 introductory — credited to Stage A if you engage within 90 days
Stage A

Skills assessment (TRA)

Your trade experience assessed and recognised by Australia's assessing authority — the foundation every skilled application stands on.

₹81,000
Stage B

Expression of Interest + state nomination

Your case positioned with the Australian states whose programs fit your occupation and points.

₹55,000
Stage C

Visa application

Who we work with

Skilled hands, honest files

TRADE

Cooks & Chefs

Australia has an ongoing shortage of qualified cooks and chefs. Genuine trade experience and the right skills assessment can open skilled and employer-sponsored pathways.

TRADE

Motor Mechanics

Automotive trade experience — including from India's industrial belts — can qualify for Australian skills recognition and skilled visa pathways.

SKILLED

Other occupations

Electricians, other trades and degree-qualified professionals: eligibility depends on Australia's occupation lists, your English and your age. We assess honestly before you spend.

Four gates come before any fee

If you do not clear them, no honest agent can get you a visa — and we will tell you plainly, before you commit to anything.

GATE
Occupation — on the right Australian skilled list, with a realistic assessment pathway
GATE
English — minimum IELTS/PTE scores are mandatory; higher scores mean more points
GATE
Age — under 45, and points reduce with age; starting earlier is starting stronger
GATE
Funds — real government and assessment costs over 1–3 years, all published so you can plan
Published fees

Our professional fees, in full, in public

Almost no consultancy in India publishes an Australia fee card. Here is ours — no hidden charges, no negotiation games, no surprises.

Each stage is billed 50% at stage start and 50% before that stage is lodged — you are never exposed for more than the stage we are working on. Australian government charges, skills-assessment authority fees, English tests, medicals and police checks are separate and payable directly to those authorities. We pass them on at cost and never add a rupee to them. To see the complete budget for your trade — our fee plus every Australian charge, added up — see the occupation packages. Fees relate to matters under Australian law; a written service agreement is provided before any payment.

Protect yourself

Before you pay any visa agent, read this

Overseas-migration fraud is a real and growing problem in North India. These are official figures, not stories.

203agents arrested at Delhi IGI airport in 2024 for visa and passport fraud — up 107% on the year before (Delhi Police, via ThePrint)
3,094uncertified agents flagged on the Indian Government's e-Migrate portal (MEA, Oct 2024)
7scam migration agents targeted in a joint OMARA–Border Force crackdown in Australia (Sept 2025)

In 2025–26, an immigration firm in Ludhiana was caught forging financial documents for dozens of Australian visa applicants. The students were deported and their visas revoked. The applicant always pays the price — not the fake agent.

How to verify any agent — including us

Check the official register

Only agents registered with Australia's OMARA can lawfully give Australian immigration assistance. Search any agent's name or MARN on the official register. Ours is 2318039.

Read the official Consumer Guide — in your language

The Australian Government publishes a Consumer Guide on your rights when using a migration agent. We host it in Hindi and English, with more languages here — read it before you pay anyone, including us.

Beware of guarantees

Registered agents are prohibited from guaranteeing visa outcomes. A "guaranteed visa" tells you the seller is accountable to no one.

Demand a written agreement

A genuine agent names the registered agent, every fee, and your refund rights in writing — before you pay anything.

Never pay big sums upfront

Walk away from anyone demanding most of the money at the start. Our stages cap your exposure at every point.

Pay traceably

Bank transfer to the practice named in your agreement. Never cash, never a personal account, never surprise "processing fees".

Use official warning channels

Australia's official visa-scams page and the MEA's e-Migrate portal publish scam warnings and agent-verification tools. Use them on everyone, including us.

Your agent
"I have sat on your side of this process."

Jagroop Gill — Registered Migration Agent, MARN 2318039. Born in Ramnagar, Uttarakhand. Moved to Australia on a student visa in 2008, facing the same questions and the same risks every applicant from our region faces. Today: an Australian citizen, a migration agent registered with the Australian Government, running a migration practice in Perth, Western Australia, holding a Graduate Diploma in Australian Migration Law and Practice (Murdoch University).

I know what this process costs a family, what a wrong agent can do to years of someone's life, and what a realistic pathway actually looks like. That experience is the standard behind every file we take on: honest advice first, in writing, from an agent who is accountable in Australia for what he tells you.

Our local team in Kashipur helps with document collection, coordination and support in Hindi and Punjabi. All migration advice and every assessment comes directly from your registered agent in Australia — that is what the registration means, and it is what you are paying for.
